About the Event
You are invited to a cosy & connected evening exploring different forms of meditation from sound healing to guided meditations, chanting, intention setting, journaling and breathwork. It's time to welcome in the first signs of spring with love, light & positivity.
BALANCE & BE - Thursday 4th February - 7pm
Join me on Zoom to explore three types of guided meditaion this evening - welcoming in balance, breath & beauty into your everyday. Starting with a gentle meditation to calm, settle & soothe the mind - inviting in and learning a technique called parayana breathe to balance and calm the mind - melt away any worries & cleanse the soul. This meditation will be underpinned with the beautiful sounds of the Koshi Chimes.
We will then discover the magic of chanting - do not worry if you don't like singing (no one will hear you!) and everyone can sing beautifully, if it comes from the heart & soul! You are also welcome to simply just listen and drift away on the melodies.
Finally, we will end the evening with a dreamy, relaxing sound healing meditation with time for journaling and reflection. The evening will also be peppered with poetry, quotes and the oportunity to share (only if you so wish!)
This event is ideal for beginners and those who struggle to quieten the mind for longer periods of time as well as those who are experienced and have a deep spiritual practice.
Please feel free to arrive at the zoom meeting with your camera on or off - I want you to feel as relaxed and as peaceful as possible!
