Soulful & Social Sunday Session

On Sunday 5th February we bring you the third ✨️ Soulful & Social Sessions ✨️  Join us for Pilates, movement and a Sound Bath sound scape to revive the body and mind for the day ahead.  Our theme for the movement session is rhythm and flow, finding ways to transition through our Pilates with fluidity.  Hannah of @goodvibrationswellbeing will be providing a meditative musical score throughout the session and finishing with a Sound Bath to unwind.  The session will run from 9am-10.30am, allowing for a visit to a cafe for Brunch afterwards if you wish to join us.
