60 minutes of heavenly sounds & meditation from the comfort of your own home inspired by nature & the magic of sound healing.
This guided meditation, underpinned by the healing sounds of the Tibetan Bowls, Alchemy Crystal Bowls, Koshi Wind Chimes, the Ocean Drum, the shamanic Frame Drum and softly sung mantras, will leave you feeling harmonious, balanced, cosy & connected.
HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR SOUND BATH…
Please allow 10-15 minutes before the start of the session to make sure you are settled and centred.
You might want to light a candle, burn an incense and make sure you have a glass of water near by.
