Lie down, close your eyes, breathe deeply, let go of what no longer serves you and soak in the rich & beautiful vibrations of the Crystal Bowls, Koshi Wind Chimes, Tibetan Bowls, Drums, the Wind Gong, softly sung Mantras and of course sleigh bells!

Sound Healing has an abundance of benefits - it clears the mind, creates deep relaxation, helps the body release stress & tension and even aids better sleep. If you’ve ever sang your heart out to your favourite song, been moved to tears by a melody, been absorbed by the whispering leaves on the tallest tree or felt the need to hit the dance floor immediately by the pulse of a drum beat - you have already experienced the incredible power of healing vibrations.

HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR WINTERTIDE SOUND BATH…

Please allow 10-15 minutes before the start of the session to make sure you are settled and centred.

You might want to light a candle, burn an incense and make sure you have a glass of water near by!

If possible, be in a private, cosy space where you can really unfold and listen with you whole body. Gather pillows and blankets around - this is time for you.

The sound quality will be best if you use headphones, earphones or an external speaker - for example a bluetooth speaker.

You do not need to turn your camera on - but please feel free to do so if you wish! I want this Sound Bath to be as relaxing and as comfortable for you as possible.

Please make sure you have DOWNLOADED the ZOOM app for FREE before our session starts. A strong Wi-Fi connection is essential for your best experience.
