Sunset Sound Bath

A deeply peaceful Sound Bath focusing on the pure & angelic sounds of the Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, the Frame Drum, Koshi Chimes & softly sung Mantras. End the day with an hour of meditation as the sun disappears over the horizon - this time is just for you!

 

Do not worry if you can't attend this Sound Bath live - I will send out a link to the recording after the event to all those who have bought a ticket for you to view in your own time, anytime.

HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR SOUND BATH…

Please allow 10-15 minutes before the start of the session to make sure you are settled and centred.

You might want to light a candle, burn an incense and make sure you have a glass of water near by!

If possible, be in a private, cosy space where you can really unfold and listen with you whole body. Gather pillows and blankets around - this is time for you.

The sound quality will be best if you use headphones, earphones or an external speaker - for example a bluetooth speaker.

You do not need to turn your camera on - but please feel free to do so if you wish! I want this Sound Bath to be as relaxing and as comfortable for you as possible.

Please make sure you have DOWNLOADED the ZOOM app for FREE before our session starts. A strong Wi-Fi connection is essential for your best experience.
