You are invited to a calm and connected evening of movement & meditation at The Wellness Space on Tuesday 4th January, 7pm.

On arrival you will be greeted with a warming herbal tea as you choose your oracle cards followed by a grounding and gentle yoga flow with Elisha ๐ฟ
The evening will melt into an empowering meditation & yoga nidra session with Abi - setting new year intentions, listening to your heat, journaling & preparing for the year ahead ๐
Closing the evening will be Hannah with a dreamy, delicate & relaxing sound bath.
This sacred gathering at The Wellness Space is the opportunity for you to reset, rest & realign for the year ahead. We hope to offer you safe space where you feel truly welcomed with like minded souls ๐๐ผ
