On arrival you will be welcomed with a grounding, heart opening meditation by Abi underpinned with healing sounds by Hannah. Take time to refelct, journal and reconnect with your heart 🕉
The evening will melt into a sacred cacao ceremony & anahata focused flowing, restorative yoga session with with Elisha 🌿
Together In Wellness will culminate with an extended shavasa infused with essential oils & a dreamy, delicate, relaxing sound bath with Hannah ✨
