On arrival you will be welcomed with a flowing, water-inspired meditation by Elisha. Take time to reflect, journal and reconnect with this ever-changing, ever-adpating element 🕉
The evening will melt into a nurturing and energizing yoga session with with Abi underpinned by watery healing sounds 🌿
Together In Wellness will culminate with an extended shavasa accompanied by a dreamy, delicate, relaxing sound bath with Hannah ✨
