You are invited to a calm and connected evening of movement & meditation at The Wellness Space on Tuesday 5th July, 7-9pm 🌿

✨ Yoga ✨ Sound Bath ✨ Ceremony ✨ Meditation ✨ Nature Connection ✨Sacred Crafting ✨

On arrival you will be welcomed with a grounding meditation to call upon the elements & invited to build our intentional nature altar together in a heart centring ceremony. (Please bring something you have found in nature to add to the mandala - you are even welcome to bring along your crystals or jewellery to charge in the sacred space too...)

There will be time in the evening to sip sweet nettle tea & kindle your connection to the spirit of the plant. 

We open the space to share & leave time to meditate, reflect, journal and sink your roots deep this Summer as we focus on the all nurturing element of Earth 🕉  

The evening will melt into a gentle, flowing yin yoga session with an extended shavasana accompanied by a dreamy, delicate, relaxing sound bath ✨ Expect glittering Tibetan Bowls and angelic Crystal Bowls to burn away any stress or tension in the body. 

Together In Wellness will culminate with a crafty, nature inspired surprise! Get ready to feel grounded and connected 🌿 The magic will continue long after the event...

This sacred gathering at The Wellness Space is the opportunity for you to reset, rest & realign for the season ahead. We hope to offer you safe space where you feel truly welcomed with like minded souls 🙏🏼

PLEASE NOTE: There are two contraindications for Sound Baths: Sound Induced Epilepsy & for anyone who is 12 weeks Pregnant & Under.
