✨ Yoga ✨ Sound Bath ✨ Ceremony ✨ Meditation ✨ Nature Connection ✨Sacred Crafting ✨
On arrival you will be welcomed with a grounding meditation to call upon the elements & invited to build our intentional nature altar together in a heart centring ceremony. (Please bring something you have found in nature to add to the mandala - you are even welcome to bring along your crystals or jewellery to charge in the sacred space too...)
There will be time in the evening to sip sweet nettle tea & kindle your connection to the spirit of the plant.
We open the space to share & leave time to meditate, reflect, journal and sink your roots deep this Summer as we focus on…
