Slowly, slowly stepping into the new year.
Like first fallen snow or a midwinter sunrise - I’m still in that period of stillness 🌅
I feel truly grateful that this midwinter has made me consciously stop.
I’ve devoured books, fallen asleep by the fire, soaked in the bath & enjoyed an entire bottle of Bailey’s 🙊 It’s felt like a full stop at the end of the year.
A time of healing my heart really needed 🧡
I can feel the earth twitching all around me now 🌱 The bluebells in my yard-en have bravely peeped their heads through the cold ground & yesterday I caught a sight of a rainbow. It will soon be Snowdrop season 🌈

I’m providing a charity sound bath for the members of Ribble Valley Brest Friends.
Over at @pureenergymusic, I’m looking forward to immersing myself back into writing some ambient sound scapes.
And of course, I’ll be back teaching Gentle Yoga, Mindful Movement & holding Sound Baths at @tessaclemsonyoga. (From Wed 15th Jan)
