I am writing to you today bursting with excitement (the kind of excitement that’s filled with confetti & silly string!) to let you know that I’m holding two Sound Healer Training Taster Workshops this September.

Sound Healing From The Heart is a hands-on taster workshop with a fresh, heart-led, passionate and musical approach to sound healing.

Whether you're a from-the-heart musician, budding sound healer, or simply curious about sound baths, this workshop is here to inspire your first steps into this beautiful practice.

What to expect...

Rooted in music and feeling, this taster session will help you discover your unique heart song, give you the chance to play an array of gorgeous instruments & offer ways to connect deeply with sound through meditation, musical memories and all your senses.

✨ Experience an introduction to sound bath instruments like crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, ocean drums, tongue drums and tingshas. You'll have creative time to play the instruments, as well as a moment of reflection to experience their magic as a listener.

✨ We'll share insights about how your love of music can influence your approach to sound healing - I believe finding the joy in the music you love is the perfect gateway to convey feeling & healing.

✨ We’ll deepen our connection to the art of playing by finding our musical touch and stepping into a calm mindset through meditation.

✨ Over the couple of hours we’ll spend together, we’ll also connect with some simple sound healing science and theory.

✨ I’ll offer my support and guidance for choosing your perfect instruments.

✨ Alongside cups of tea, cake & heart-led conversation, I’ll share inspiration for creating a gorgeous, sensual sound healing experience by tapping into all the senses - because a sound bath journey begins the moment you walk through the door…
