Stepping Out Of The Algorithm This Spring & Tuning Into Healing Sounds

Bright Blessings this March, Sweet Soul!

Firstly, I just want to say an absolute, heartfelt thank you to YOU for landing here on my blog. It honestly brings me so much joy to sit down and write to you.

I’m sat here with a warm cuppa tea, a bunch of tulips dancing over the side of the vase, and my diary to hand - ready to tell you all about what’s coming up over the next few weeks.

If I’m being honest, I’ve struggled to post on social media recently.

I totally appreciate that it’s the perfect space for sharing my sound healing offerings with you - but I’ve felt the need to shift away from the bullsh*t advertising that bombards my headspace.

Don’t get me wrong - I’ve done my best to carefully aligned my algorithm to show me mostly singing bowls and black cats… but recently, I’ve been craving more heart space and headspace to breathe and just be.

I’ve even had a couple of people say, “Oh, you haven’t shared as much on Instagram!”

Alongside all the chaos that life can bring, I’ve spent more time over the past few months listening to vinyl records, reading physical books & I even bought myself an old fashioned watch & joined a band! (WHO is she?!)

As I look at the month ahead, each sound bath I’m holding is bursting at the seams with bookings - and I am truly, deeply grateful.

But I’m convinced this lean towards in-person offerings, consciously curated online spaces & sound healing is so needed right now.

Attending a sound bath, stepping onto your yoga mat, going for a walk, or choosing to meditate is a beautiful antidote to the noise of social media.

Every time you attend a sound bath or choose to meditate at home, that moment - that experience, that feeling - will never be the same.

The way you feel when you arrive, the other beautiful souls in the room, the scent of essential oils, the fresh flowers I bring, or the way you light a candle - none of this can ever be recreated in exactly the same way again.

I hope I’m saying this in the right way, but I believe sound healing truly is a mindful moment and such a delicious gift of presence.

A return to you.

So I think what I’m really saying is this - consider this your permission to turn off the outside world, step out of your algorithm & feel the sweet surrender of connection and healing vibrations that a sound bath offers.

We’re finding Balance on the Good Vibe Tribe too…

March is that little tipping point into the real lightness of the nights and the arrival of spring.

Birdsong fills the morning air & the world feels ok.

It is a real energy shift and a gear change.

And this can sometimes bring with it the feeling to do more, more, more.

But when I chose the word Balance to inspire this months sound healing meditations, it felt gentle. Calm. Like a hug from a dear friend. Like a cuppa tea nestled into my hands.

When I really sank into the word Balance, it struck me that some days this word means different things.

It can tip further in one direction and then the other - there is no need for perfection.

It is a dance of Yin & Yang.

Give and take.

So balance, for each and every one of us, will look different on each and every day.

With all this in mind, I have planned you some really beautiful meditations to help you tip the scales in the right direction depending on the day you are having…

Little things that have made my heart full over the past few weeks 🌱

Propagating baby cheese plants

Fresh flowers at sound baths - especially tulips

Researching crystal singing bowls - I’m hoping to add to my collection again!

Birdsong in the mornings

Walks in the woods

 Last words of love...

If you are interested in tuning into healing sounds, but don’t know where to start, take a listen to my Spring Awakening Sound Healing Playlist here on Spotify…

Every sound bath and meditation is a curated experience inspired by the harmony of nature using sacred and acoustic instruments such as the divine crystal bowls, earthy Tibetan bowls, flowing tongue drum, glittering Koshi chimes, softly sung mantras and the warm, hazy drones of the Shruti box.

Come with me, relax, and let yourself be immersed in my healing sounds.

That's all for now, my loves.

Take good care,

Hannah xxx
