This July I have been focusing on Guilt Free Rest.
It has been the golden thread of inspiration for our Good Vibe Tribe offerings - which is my online sound healing mediation membership.
This month’s offerings are inspired by two things:
This gorgeous oracle card from the Earth Alchemy deck by Katie-Jane Wright (see below) & my soul-soothing Restorative Lunchtime Yoga Class held at Tessa Clemson Yoga on Wednesdays.
When I pulled this beautiful card, I literally felt my body soften around the edges.

“Replenish and release guilt.”
How often do we feel a little bit naughty - or full-on ashamed -for stopping, resting, retreating?
For simply taking time for ourselves?
I know I do... All too often!
July’s offerings come at the height of the year, when routines start to go topsy-turvy, holiday planning is in full swing and the “summer holidays” stretch out before us 🌞
No wonder we feel like we’re spinning and spiralling!
But here I am, with the Faerys’ Orders.. to rest, guilt-free.

Here are 5 simple things I’ve done this July that have brought me guilt-free rest...
Mindfully watered the plants around my house and in my garden.
Got absorbed in a new book (I’m halfway through Think Again by Jacqueline Wilson… nostalgia and comfort all the way!).
Sat and played my mum’s piano.
Pulled an oracle card most days and daydreamed about the beautiful artwork.
Sat on my front doorstep, cuppa in hand, and watched the swifts and swallows dance overhead.

These two Good Vibe Tribe July offerings offerings go hand in hand.
Slow it right down with your Restorative Yoga Class. We’ll move through a gentle sequence called The Birth of a Butterfly, featuring simple asana & poses that we’ll hold a little longer. In these moments of reflection, I’ll share poetry, words of wisdom, meditation and pockets of pure stillness and silence.
To really benefit from this practice, you’ll need:
✨ A pillow
✨ A blanket
✨ An essential oil of your choosing (in a rollerball, safe for skin)

Release any guilt you may be holding around taking time for yourself. Resting is an important part of your spiritual growth.
In these quiet moments, we accept, breathe, feel and release. We overlook this far too often.
