This Is Your Sign to Try a Sound Bath This Springtime

I think I say it every season… but maybe, just maybe, spring might be my favourite of them all.

It’s that quiet promise.

The feeling of hope.

The expectancy that something beautiful is on the way.

I really try to capture this magic in my sound baths. Around this time of year, so many of us are in need of a little energy boost - a gentle pick-me-up for the soul and spirit.

So consider this your loving sign to come along to one of my sound baths this springtime...

Through the gentle vibrations of the alchemy crystal bowls, softly sung mantras, fresh flowers, Koshi chimes, oracle cards & essential oils, I aim to create a space that feels like a little pocket of peace.

My intention is simple: that you leave feeling lighter, grounded & carrying the hope of spring in your heart 🌸

At this time of year, I tend to lean towards sounds that feel glittery, light and soft - instruments like the Koshi chimes and the Sansula are often how I begin our meditation together. To me, these gorgeous instruments take me deep into my imagination & allow me to daydream of bluebells & birdsong.

No matter what time of year you join me, I always play my alchemy crystal bowls. I truly feel they come into their own in spring though. Each bowl is created with elements from the earth & when you experience their angelic sound, it can feel a little like listening to the earth sing. There’s something deeply magical about that - especially when nature herself is bursting into song all around us too.

I am also really excited to bring my New Moon Gong to all my springtime sound baths - she represents new beginnings & has such a powerful, yet peaceful deep sound. Perfect for blowing those winter cobwebs away & stirring your creativity.
